Hope y’all had a wonderful Easter!

We invited the family over for the 1st Annual Easter Egg Hunt. The kids were ADORABLE!! And it was the best Easter Bunny gift I could have received.

I stuffed 138 plastic eggs full of candy and $! Don’t get too excited. I only used quarters. Then I headed out to dump them in the yard. Really! We still have “new house” landscaping in the back yard so there wasn’t much else to do with them. I did place some along the fence so it looked like I actually tried. Once I was done and came back inside, King Bee asked me if this was an Easter Egg Hunt for Slow Kids. I’m not sure where he wanted me to hide those eggs…..well, I kind of know where he wanted me to put them…but that’s another story!

After the eggs were all hunted, we came in for Easter “Linner” . You know, Lunch/Dinner. Hey, makes just as much sense as “Brunch”. And then afterwards, we headed to the park to let the kids run off some more energy.

And scrape some knees

And shed a few tears

And get a little brave

And sneak in a sweet moment
